IASMC Mid-Winter

Nobles & Ladies,

It is with honor and excitement that my Lady Kara and I would like to invite you all to the
IASMC midwinter meeting being held in Branson, MO from April 16-19. We have several
events planned for a great weekend of business, fun and fraternal enjoyment. Branson, MO
is a town with many activities and attractions available, Kara and I have found a couple things
that would embrace not only the Motor Corps but also the local flare of the region.
The outings on the registration are not required but just something we feel would be fun to do as a group.
We will be staying at the Hilton -Branson Convention Center which has rooms with views
over Historic Downtown Branson as well as the Branson Landing which is on the banks of
Lake Taneycomo. The rooms are $189 a night and below is contact information as well as
the room code for the discounts. We have a hospitality room on the 12th floor of the hotel
overlooking the area as well as the surrounding Ozark Mountains.

Surrounding the Hotel and all within walking distance are many shops and dining options.
Many visitors to Branson traditionally look to enjoy dinner and a show, with this Kara and I
have set up a group rate to attend the Dolly Parton Stampede which gives both dinner and a
show all in one. This will be Friday night for all of those that would like to join us. Kara has
also planned a great Saturday activity for the ladies. They will enjoy brunch in the hotel and
then just outside the hotel board the Ozark Scenic Railway for a 2 hour scenic train ride
throughout the Ozark Mountains and surrounding areas. (sorry brothers we will be holding
our meeting at this time.)

Friday April 17 – Dinner and Show @ Dolly Parton Stampede
$70 per person
Includes 4 course meal and Horse and music show
Alcoholic Drinks extra

Saturday April 18

Ladies Brunch and Scenic Train ride through Ozark Mountains
$40 per lady
Includes Brunch at 10 AM and 2-hour Scenic train ride returning to depot at 2 PM.

Nobles Lunch Provided in Hospitality room and Business meeting 12 – 2 PM.
Lunch will be served in Hospitality room then we will go to meeting space

Saturday Evening – Happy Hour and Guest speaker 4 – 6 PM
Appetizers provided location TBD

Sunday – Departure day
Safe travels home and thanks for coming

DIVA DERBY

Any Lady who signs the waiver may participate in the Diva Derby. Drive a go cart through an obstacle course for time. You get two passes and record the best time.

Awards Banquet & Officer Installation

Tickets can be purchased by contacting Sec./Treas. Dale Zimmerman. Send a check with number of tickets needed.

Please include Shrine Center and Unit information.
